Are your products handcrafted?
Yes, we sculpt all of our Mini Me figurines by hand. Watch our handcrafting video on our homepage.

How many photos do you recommend I attach? What angles?
We recommend that you attach 3-4 photos with your order. At least 1 photo should be front facing and 1 should be from a side angle. All of your facial features must be clearly visible. Please note that our artisans can replicate your face only as good as the photos you provide.

How closely should I expect a Mini Me to resemble my photos?
We try our best to attend to the smallest of details and the final product should be extremely close visually to the photos you provided. Please note that there will always be a degree of being a caricature rather than real life-like look.

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Please allow about 15 days for your order to be handcrafted and ready to ship. The average shipping times are 7-10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once we ship your order.

How long does shipping take?
The average shipping time is 7-10 business days, though delays may occur sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances. My Mini Me is not responsible for shipping delays that are out of our control.

I provided an incorrect address. Can I get it fixed?
If you misspelled or incorrectly auto-filled in an address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and let us know the correct shipping address. If we have already shipped your order, we may or may not be able to get it rerouted to your correct address and will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with no penalty before it ships! If your order has been shipped already, you can email us and we will help you.

I am not in love with my order or there is an issue. Can it be returned?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if your Mini Me is defective or damaged. Just email us at hello@myminime.art and we will send you detailed instructions. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase or handcraft a new Mini Me if you prefer. Please include your name and order number on the returned packages.
